Can anyone give tell me the max amount of physical work i'll have to do in basic? I'm goin to leave in about 3 months and i need to get back in to shape. But i do want to excel on all the things I'll have to do there in prep for CWX training. Also does anyone if I should bother bringing my contact lenses to basic(I realize i could ask my recuiter but i'm already on here so)

basic training pt Workouts r very easy. you switch days, do cals the one day and than run the other days. the grad requirements are very easy too. i would say just go by the workout on FAQ part of this site.

bring ur contacts with you, you will want them at tech school, unless you want to wear BCG's for the whole time.
