I'd like to add a +1 to the recommendation of this book . I'm not related to AFSOC in anyway, but know about the good things ST operators do, and it meant a lot to read about recent experiences of those who put others first. The book is well written, no politics, no boring filler material like some, and was a good motivator for me to realise that I should do something positive towards other with my life too.

Disclaimer: I am currently in the dep as of this week and I am very passionate about the PJ careerfield. From what I've read of the author of this book in this and other books about pararescue, he unquestionably has my respect just for being a PJ. That being said, I have no clue how the publishing process works, but having read three chapters of this book , there are a ton of grammatical, typo errors! Did this book not get edited or a manuscript proof-read first before publishing?!! Maybe I'm just being a stickler because I'm into literature and words, etc. But jeez!

I just finished this book when I found this post. The book was very interesting as it showed the clear advancements made throughout the existence of PJs.
