Are these up to date?

http://www.specialtactics.com/past.shtml

I have heard different numbers from my recruiter and was wondering if the PAST has been updated since 2009.

Thanks.

Just found this from 2011:

*edit*
Beat me to it Yukon.
Still a bit different from what my recruiter said though, should I just double check with him then?

The current PAST tests on this site are directly from the Air Force Recruiting site Procedural Guidance Message site. His PAST should be the same but you're be required to do whatever PAST he gives you...he should check the PGM site though and find the same one. Either way, don't sweat the small stuff...they're likely very close so keep training hard.

I take the PAST in a week or two. The standards for PJ according to the test sheet are:

2x25m underwater swim. (3min rest in between)
10 min rest
500m swim in under 10:07
30 min rest
1.5 mile run in under 9:47
10 min rest
10 pullups in 1 min.
2 min rest
54 situps in 2 min
2 min rest
52 pushups in 2 min

Hopefully this helps in some way
