Anyone in the area? I usually work out at the gym on base in the mornings and run or swim in the afternoons.

Trev, I know it might be small hike(I'd also recommend moving out of waldorf the first chance you get) but you have an invaluable training resource up the road from you. Stew Smith and he does free training with any active duty members looking to get in the spec ops career field for free!! I went a few times while I was stationed there, he his great guy and the help/training is solid!! good luck

Has anyone had any luck with contacting Stew? I tried a couple days ago but haven't heard anything back yet. I am up in Hanover, by Fort Meade if any of you all are near there and want to workout sometime.

I understand that this post has been idle for a few months. However, if any of you VA or MD guys want to train then PM or reply. I am in the DC area and would love to have a weekend or weeknight suck-fest session.

Thanks
