Hi guys, hoping someone could help me out. I have 3 semesters until I graduate college (high grades/high PAST scores). I REALLY want to become a STO. My question is can you apply through OTS to become a STO, (have a guaranteed slot as a STO in the pipeline)? I am not in AFROTC or the Academy.
