Hey guys I am also in Phx, Scottsdale to be exact and would love to have others to train with. I am trying to get a membership to Crossfit Scottsdale which actually has a few wannabe pjs training there now. They run a SEALFIT program every friday morning at 0500 run by the owner of Crossfit Scottsdale who completed the actual SEALFIT in California and is now certified to teach it. I am going tomorrow morning to see what its all about. Message me and we can all get together

I am in the west valley. Are any of you guys still looking for a workout friend? Also, any of you guys know where to find a pool more than 5' deep in the valley?

Ya we are all triaining together at least once a week. Tomorrow night we are doing another mock PAST near 7th street and Greenway blvd at the LA fitness for the pool and a track near by. My gf has an 8 ft pool at her condos, other than that the Kiwanis park has a 6 ft, lol. If you are up to train hit me up I am Ken, 602-790-5197
