I don't really do a certain workout for my back or biceps but I go to crossfit and swim 3days/week. I think what helps my pullups is doing 100 in as few sets as posible 3days/week.

great job guys ive greatly improved my past as well 1st past swim 10:00 run 10:27 pull 8 sit 63 push 55 2nd past swim 8:41 run 9:15 pull 12 sit 83 push 75
