I've been doing the WOD on sealfit.com for a couple of weeks now.
Does anyone else follow these Workouts?
Does anyone follow Workouts from a different website?

I'll use SEALFit for reference, but generally my Workouts come from RescueAthlete.com, in addition to what I find here. I've found that between Nathanael Morrison and Guard MC, you aren't going to get much better advice.

Rescue athlete and sofwods are really good. Besides some extra lifting that's pretty much all that I do.
