Avenged Sevenfold's Nightmare album has gotten me to a new level in the gym. I could workout forever to it...check it out if you haven't already! Their older stuff rocks too.

Other music that allows me to smoke myself:
Anything by Volbeat, FFDP, Asking Alexandria...many more.

What do you guys listen to while working out?

I listen to Disturbed, ACDC and Linkin Parks older stuff (Don't like their newest album). If I need that extra boost in the weightroom I'll put on Forgiven by Disturbed

anything with a constant fast beat. I have a massive mix spanning almost every decade since the 50's. as long as the musics beat keeps up, or only varies slightly from the previous, it keeps me going.

For long runs Ill usually listen to some slower music like googoo dolls and mix in some linkin park to keep the motivation going... on faster runs ill put on some fast paced rock music. What also works is ill attach a memory to the music... like if im on a LSD run and listening to googoo dolls or what not.. ill picture me running on the beach back home at 12am. or if its a fast paced song ill remember running at indoc and let it motivate me. What ever works for you, do it!!

song 115 from call of duty black ops sound track is awesome!!
die trying from art of dying is great reminds me never to quit and go hard.
shadow of the day by linkin park.. i to like most of their old stuff.
breaking benjamin is good too-- some i listen to is blow me away, break my fall, break down, diary of jane, i will not bow

FFDP ("Canto 34" is awesome even though its only an instrumental), Rise Against, Billy Talent, Rage Against the Machine, Killswitch Engage, A Day to Remember... A bunch of other stuff from a bunch of other groups, but I like a lot of the songs from those 6.

I enjoy listening to anything by E.S. Posthumus when working out. It's such motivating and epic music that it pushes me to another level when working out.
