I have a 2 part question.

First, does STO encourage applying during the sophmore year like the CRO selection package says.

Second, is it wise to apply for CRO and STO at the same time, if so what happens if GOD loves you and you get selected for both?

PLEASE read the STO and the CRO Selection Packages. These questions are answered in each package. If you are seriously going to apply for these jobs, the first step is the Phase I Application found in each of those documents. The single most important thing the Selection Officers are looking for is your attention to detail in completing the package.
Both packages can be found on the Home Page under the respective job descriptions. They may also be in the ST Related Documents section of the Forums.
