Sometimes overtraining oneself will show on Evaluations. Another thing is that you might've been training "incorrectly" meaning not event specific. For example. Back in march I took my past test and Ran the 1.5 in 9:58 and swam the 500 in 8:57. I just checked my self yesterday and my times were pretty much the same, and believe me when I tell you my friend, I've been working haaaaard the last few months. So why no improvement in these areas? Well I've concentrated in other areas, and even though my run time hasn't gotten better on the 1.5 mile it has gotten waaaaay better on my 3 mile run. I went from 25 to 26 minutes to 21:20 with no problems. My 500 meter
swim time hasn't gotten any faster, but my 1500 meter went from 31 minutes to 28:15. Same as you my calisthenics are better and I can honestly say that my muscular endurance is way better. But it's all due to the training I've been doing. I haven't really been trying to get my running speed down to much, i've just been wanting to get much more comfortable with my breathing at a 7 minute mile pace. As for my
swim I've been concentrating a bit more on technique and finning that just swimming endless laps until I'm left breathless. So basically go back and look at your work out plan. Maybe you need to switch it up (you might've hit a plateau), you might need to turn up the intensity. Make sure you're also watching your
diet. Good luck
