Hello everyone,
I have been trying to figure out how to do speed-rocking sit-ups. If anyone knows how to do them, an explanation would be great. Thanks in advance

I also havent a clue as to how these are done. They are on the pararescue graduate workout from this site, and no explanation of performance is given. 'bump'

The only thing I can think of would be ab-mat situps. Watch the part of this video that says" When in WOD do them like this" You would do them as fast as possible when doing the situps, he is going slow to show you the motions.
