Well I am sorry I have not contributed to the forum for so long, but I just returned from Enduring Freedom so I am back in the states now and ready to rock. Anyway I finally put my total aspect workout in word form. It is a 8 week intensive workout that incorporates lifting, running, swimming, cals, plyos, and ruck training. The lifting is a 4 day periodization cycle that hits all three training phases (hypertrophy, nuerorecruitment, and power). The running and swimming is a mixture of speed and indurance training to improve total ability. I am proud to say that this is one of the most intensive and specific Workouts I have ever written. I believe that if followed correctly this will put you way above the power curve in preparing you for indoc or phase II. It is designed to make you extremely powerful and explosive as well as improving your body's endurance. If you would like a copy please send me an email or if TE feels it is worthy to be posted on the site you could get it that way. Please send me your feedback so I can tailor it as needed. Finally, a side not I will be submitting my package for phase II this July since I missed the Jan cut off due to the war.

Question: how are the "30's" in this workout performed? Thanks

Awesome program. I'm on week 4 and have seen some pretty good results, especially in the pool. Subbed in some more p/u sets every week though. I'm trying to share with people at my detachment so I can get a partner.

I like this because it doesn't focus too much on one area. And, most of the exercises aren't very complicated and can be substituted if you dont have the proper machines.
