50- 20 inch box jumps
50- back extensions
50- 20lb wood cutters
50-50lb "bear" (barbell clean to a front thruster to a back thruster = 1 repetition
50- knees -to elbows hanging from a pull up bar with 10lb between feet
50- sit ups
1 mile ruck run with 35lb rucksack

Time was 1:02:49. Added 50 Burpees as well after the 50 bears.
