My recruiter told me that all USAF SpecOps is crammed full of people and that it is going to be awhile before a spot is open for me(Pararescue), I also want to try out for Navy SEAL because I heard that SEAL canidadtes are shipping out quicker (them shipping out quicker is not the only reason I want to try out), I just wanted to get clairification on this and if its really worth switching Branches in DEP. And what is the process of switching branches in DEP?

Only you can answer the "is it really worth it" question. Your recruiter should know the DEP switch procedures.

I'm just speaking guy to guy here.

I haven't even hit basic training yet but I do know this. If your trying out for SpecOps, you better want the job. SEALS and PJ's are obviously different. You're either going in to take lives or to save lives.

Decide which you really want, and go for it. If you have to wait a while, so be it. Plus waiting isn't all that bad. It's that much more time you have to train and get your mind right.

Just my .02 cents. Good luck with whatever you choose.

Another perspective to consider is the US Navy has about 2,450 active duty SEALs and the Air Force has about 500 PJs and about 500 CCT.

Decide what you want to do with your life for the next 4-6 years, not whether you want to wait an extra 4-6 months for a slot to open up.
There is nothing wrong with the SEALs, I respect them and their mission greatly but it isn't the job for me. Only you know if might be the right job for you.

Incidentally, all the junior enlisted SEALs on the last SEAL Team I worked with (admittedly 5 years ago) asked me how they could transfer to the Air Force to become Combat Controllers. Seems that only about 20% of the SEALs on Teams were getting into combat (from 2001-2005) where as over 90% of CCTs on Teams were deployed. They wanted more action and the Air Force seemed to offer more than the Navy.

Thanks for all your guys advice and I decided to stay in the Air Force but try out for Combat Controller instead.

In the book " None Braver" It is said well. "It's easy to take someones life by just pulling a trigger, But the real challenge is pluging up that hole and saving someone's life"
