Everyone,
My name is Felix. I am an E-5 currently serving on my second enlistment in the US Air Force. I'm currently stationed at DM AFB, Az. I have also had the privilege of serving four years in the 352nd Special Operations Group in RAF Mildenhall, UK. During various TDYs I had the oppertunity to make a few friends with the 321 STS operators. I knew that after a few conversations with those guys that CCT was what I wanted. Here is a job that requires Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence. These are attributes the rest of my fellow service members forget from time-to-time, but Special Operators live by day-in and day-out.

I've been in the process of retraining into CCT since OCT 09. It took a good 8 months to get my flight physical back. So if anyone is reading this and waiting for a flight physical... it sometimes takes a while. I only have one last thing to accomplish, and that's taking the PAST. I'm hoping to be selected for CCSC this FY, but we'll see.

I am also married with a baby girl on the way. My wife has been amazing thoughout the retraining paperwork process. Sometimes I think she believes in me more than I do. We've spoken many many many times about all the complications that come with being a Combat Controller. At times I think she understands, better than I do, how hard it's going to be on our family, but she still pushes me toward my goals. We still have no idea what it's going to be like, but hopefully we'll soon find out.

If there are any new folks to this site reading this...trust me, you've come to the right place for CCT, PJ and SOWT information. I've been reading this site for 3 years now and it's been great to get answers to questions I've had, and reading posts from people just like me who are also interested in the Special Operations community.
