I know i'm new but trying to do some research in what i may be getting myself into. Would like to know the heights of HAHO/HALO Jumps in AST of CCT training. I really want to be a CCT. All veterans and active, thank you very much for your service to this country.

HALO drops are usually between 10K and 13K to negate the need for oxygen. Oxygen is required between 13K and 18K but no pre-breathing. Above 18K requires pre-breathing and is a hassle but is done at times. Minimum altitude over land is 5K but normally the minimum training altitiude for HALO is 6K. Over water/water jump exits are typically 3K - 3.5K.

HAHO is basically the same but obviously one opens a few seconds after exit vs. freefall down to 3.5K...and you can travel quite a ways under canopy depending on exit altitude and winds.
