I've been getting out swimming and running several times a week, just having a hard time pushing myself hard enough, trying to meet the ANG PJ req's... 1500m swim in 34min 3mile run in 22:30 4x25m underwater, 2 min ea and the rest of the calisthenics

I am moving to denver in 2 months and am still looking for a workout partner. Doing Crossfit/SOPWODs daily, running 3-5/day. Looking to take PAST in 1 yr and looking for a good place to swim.
