Hi There, my name is Richard Goff, age 25, wife, 2 kids, currently live in northern NY, about 20 mi. from Canada
I owned a log home company until last year(08, I shut it down to join the USCG, I originally looked into USAF reserve, but a couple of friends of mine were going in the USCG, and I decided to go active instead of reserve.
01/02/09 I was in an accident that pinned me in my truck for 4.5 hr. and lost 5.5 inches of my left femur, I now have a 20 inch fixator in my leg, I'm almost done my "therapy" in Jan. I expect to get a clean bill of health from my Ortho-Pods, during convalescence I ended up back at Para Rescue.
At this point my therapy consists of biking 5-15 miles, running 1.5 mi. 90 push ups, 90 sit ups, and 2 sets of 21 pull ups.
