Yeah what kind of training do you guys do? I ruck/run/lift at Macdill Monday/Wednesday/Friday. Im in DEP waiting to ship out for USAF TACP.

I been working out with Karab for about a month and a half now in the pool and running and other things. Im leaving for afghanistan tomorrow so Im sure he wouldnt mind having someone in the pool with him if you guys r up to it. Hes a good workout partner and doesnt pop on underwaters anymore he can teach you some things. Send him a message
