I leave for Basic on 16 Dec. 2008 and not really sure what my Indoc date will be. Anyone leaving this time to? Or have any idea what my indoc date will be.

Could it be the March 09 2009 date?

If you're shipping to BMT as a GTEP PJ, your recruiter should have your indoc date already.

isuman,
I leave the same time and am in the same boat. My recruiter, as of last time we talked, did not have my indoc date available but i would assume it is the march 09 date.

The best indication of when my Indoc date is, is my recruiter saying, "You graduate on a Friday and start that Monday or Tuesday. Anyone hear or know otherwise?

Like I said my recruiter said "You graduate on a Friday and start indoc that Monday or Tuesday". This link conflicts with everything he says. My ROTC Instructor has shown lots of interest in this misunderstanding and has looked into it and even called headquarters to try and get this mystery unraveled. Anyone have any idea which of these dates will be mine if these dates are valid.Any feed back would be highly appreciated. http://www.specialtactics.com/pjclassdates.shtml

Those dates are accurate but subject to change.

Basic is now 8.5 weeks, taking you to late February for graduation...meaning the 10 March date will likely be your indoc date.

All of you should know your indoc date before you ship for basic.

I'll see if there are any changes to the posted dates.

There is no way to coordinate BMT dates and indoc dates...so "graduating on a Friday and starting on a Monday or Tuesday" is unlikely to happen very often and is certainly not the norm.

Thanks TE. My information on this just came in and what you assumed was correct. Anyone else leaving this date?
