This looks great and just what I was looking for! I've had an 8 mile distance base built up forever, but have been wanting a 10k plan that includes speed work outs and hills to get my times down.
edit: I'll start on the intermediate/advanced level one Monday and post the results how well it's been working out for me a month from now.
