Hello everyone,
Thought I'd stop in and introduce myself. I've been a member here for quite a while now, but I've only recently revisited my desire to become a PJ. I don't plan on posting much at the moment, but just lurking like usual and reading whatever I can find.
I'm a college junior studying economics and Arabic, and I'm set to apply to medical school in the next year or so unless the PJ thing goes my way. I currently work as an EMT and spend my time getting back into shape after surgery to repair a disc herniation at L4-L5. For the past few years I had assumed my injury and surgery would be a 100% no-BS DQ from the military. However, reading certain posts here has led me to believe I still have a shot, so that's what I'm pursuing. Although this time around I find myself more interested in the ANG side of things, I want to be a PJ nonetheless.
If anyone has any more info on my situation, that'd be cool. If not...it's nice to be back.
Jared
