Also, these's a group of us that get together frequently and use the SOPWODs/crosfit WODs if you're interested.

I know a bunch of you guys hit the hurlburt pool but the hours there don't work for me so I go to the Fort Walton YMCA. You would have to get with TheRoad64 to get a better idea of the schedule i just started going so i dont know it well yet. They work on swimming/underwaters/watercon/etc. It's actually very good learning experience! _________________________

Coach Dan Kaster offers free swim lessons five days a week, Tuesday through Saturday, 1200-1400. I leave in January, shoot a PM if you want to train with me between now and then on Hurlburt.
