Im looking into retraining into CCT. Im married with 2 kids and am wondering how feasible it is to be married and in STS. Also im AD Af and in CE so I've deployed a few times without problems. Considering CE is doing 6 monthers. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Search in the friends and family forum...lots of answers...all different...lots of CCT are married with kids...lots are not, some are divorced...depends on the relationship.

Like TE said, it depends on the relationship. Having a wife that is supportive of what you want to do is what will make the difference.

I'm married with a son and another boy due next month, I haven't seen my family since August. It sucks, but we are doing just fine. I have to give all credit to her. She's the one that has stayed behind to take care of bills, car trouble, raise the kid, all the while deal with being pregnant, and so on. But, she was willing to do it in the first place. Had she not been, live would have been a lot harder for the both of us. Those are the kind of things you and your wife need to consider together.

Since I haven't had to worry about home life, the CCT pipeline has been a lot of fun. Hope that all helped.
