I going to be taking the past the first week of JUN and I was looking at the CCT past for ATC grads. I saw something that I had a "?" on. After the swim and run you have cals right? Chin-ups, push-ups, then sit-ups. Now I remember when I was @ Indoc it was pulls, sit-ups, then push-ups. I was just wondering if this is correct since you have to do two arm circuits one right after the other.

Just a "?" I had

"There is no such thing as STRESS either you do you do it or you don't."

It will probably be given as the regulation states. That way if somebody fails thay can't use the regulation against the proctor.

One little point of advice...I would'nt worry about the test min's or max's. Just train your @ss off and bust it out when you get there. If it says you need to go 5 miles...go ten...etc...

Sometimes worrying about what's going to hit you later distracts you from what you need to do now.

just my 2 cents, take it for what it's worth.
