I am curious about the 123rd Special Tactics Flight of the Kentucky Air National Guard. Specifically, I would like to know what the schedule is like once the initial training is completed.

I have recently accepted a job in Cincinnati, OH but my real dream since I was a kid has been to be a CCT. After looking at the options it appears that the ANG may offer the best of both worlds - well paying civilian career and more time at home(getting married this summer) plus the chance to serve my country in a dynamic and elite role.

Here are a few more specific questions:

 • Is the full $20,000 student loan repayment advertised by the ANG available to CCTs?

 • I would imagine CCT would require more than the typical 2 days / mo. What is the typical duty requirement like?

 • Is it possible to still maintain a demanding full-time civilian career?

 • How does one go about completing advanced training? In the pipeline description it states that "ALL 3 levels will go to Hurlburt and be assigned to a training flight for full upgrade"

Any information would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
