First off all, thanks to everyone for the information, and thanks to TE for the site. I have spent the last 12 hours just reading these forums, and countless hours over the past weeks reviewing the rest of the site. I feel sorry for the recruiter that trys to pull one over on me now.
I do, however, still have some questions.
I will be enlisting for CCT, but have some minor concerns. I am 26 years old, and am planning on entering the AF with monetary responsibilities that I have accumulated since high school(ie. car loan, etc...) that will not take a break while in the pipeline. I'm not sure how these bills will "find" me while I'm in all these different locations. Do I have somebody here at home pay them for me or what?
Sorry for the stupid question. Nobody else was stupid enough to ask it before me. []images/icons/wink.gif" border="0[/]
j

Just about everyone on active duty is required to have their pay electronically "direct deposited" to a bank. You can give your creditors permission to automatically deduct your bill amounts when they come due or you can have an "allotment" set up by the personnel people when you first report to active duty. The amount you specify will automatically be sent to the person or business you designate. The other options are to do all of you bill paying "on-line" or through "snail mail" but your limited time off and access to the internet, combined with frequent moves throughout training, make these less than desireable. Don't even think about trusting another person to handle your finances , the last thing you need during training is to have to see " The Man" over financial problems.
