Article about Sp. Ops Lt. Gen. Retirement

In an article covered by AP concerning the retirement of a Lt. Gen. in charge of AF Specops based in Hurlburt a section in the article stated that the only injuries to AF Specops personel we to three Specops Combat controllers (copied next)<p>The Air Force's only casualties have been injuries to three Special Operations combat controllers injured by U.S. bombs that fell too close to American troops. <p>Is this accurate and if so can you advise who it was?
