Last month We have lost another brother PJ........,

Brothers
We have all lost friends, fathers, sons and BROTHERS. We are a family, our chosen path, our calling is one which may see us 'called home'. We are not heroes, just ordinary men supported by their teammates, families and faith in God.
Dedicated to SMS R.D. Curtis, my first Team Chief, friend and mentor, to TSgt Al Avery PJU instructor and friend, and to all the PJ's who have made the supreme sacrifce while 'Living the Creed'.
[This was originally posted on the wrong site. And I left out an important dedication. (Two actually) The first should have been to R.D. Curtis. The third is to our families, without you keeping us strong and your eternal vigilance our missions would be impossible.]
Rest in Peace Friends

'MORTAL ANGELS'
A PJ HYMN
By Martin F. Caldwell PJ 66-78
( Music -Eternal Father Strong to Save)*

Oh, GOD for You
please grant we pray,
to guide our hands
In every way.

To hear and heed
A human cry,
As mortal angels,
From the sky.

And lead us with your guiding light
Through storm tossed clouds,
And dark of night.

We are but men
Whose path is clear,
And pray that You
will hold us near.

Your blessing
we may only ask,
assist us
with our chosen task.

Lord be with us in times of need,
And, help us always live our creed.

Your angels wings,
our world enfold,
with caring strength
and love untold.

In all, we ask
you lead the way,
On missions near
or far away.

But, if You will my life to give,
These things I've done
THAT OTHERS MAY LIVE.
