PCSing to Mt Home here in the next couple of weeks and looking for someone to train with...

I will be attending ALS at the first of the year so that my put a damper on pool work, but plan on getting in the water more than I have in the last couple of months.

Let me know if your training or great places to start there....I am new to the area...

nice pool and gym. grab a pack and use water for weight and head up to bennett mountain(10-15 minute drive) for your runs. lots of trails and the elevation training will pay off later. i am not stationed there to show you around but you will be fine with a gps, food, and water in your pack.
