My last 5K was about a month ago. Time was 20:31 and placed 28th out of over 300 overall.
We also had a 10mi race a couple weeks ago. Time was 1:15:27. Got 10th in my age group and I think 17th out of about 250 overall.

are you F-d in the head?! Damn!! 100 miler? I can't even contemplate that. Anything above 6 miles at a 7 min pace for me is just torture.

Well, last time I ran before yesterday for a distance was probably about 6 months ago, but I ran 24:11.

I would venture to say you are either an olympian, professional athlete, or insane, or lying. But good on you if those are your times... I think we all have something to work towards now

I had a feeling I was going to get some kind of comment after posting my times.
1) Those are all my PR times at those distances; not average times. Some I haven't been able to beat again. It has taken me years to post those times.
2) I didn't do them all at once, obviously. I spend about 6 months training specifically for just one of those distances. Except the half-Iron distance; that one took just over a year of specific, half-ironman training. I'm currently training for a full Ironman and hope to do it in under 13 hours. I've been training for over a year so far and plan on doing one toward the end of the summer.
Just wanted to throw that on the post to express that I am NOT an "olympian, professional athlete or lying" I'm just obsessed with trying to see just how far I can push the limits of my body.
The 50k, 50mi, 100mi runs, now those are insane...

I appreciate that, I hope to complete my first half ironman down in Branson this fall.. I hope I can keep up the training as hard as you have. And yeah, I don't think I'll be doing any 100 milers anytime soon.

1-mile: 5:45 1.5-mile: 9:12 2-mile: 12:50ish 5k: 19:50
Never plan on running 100 miles at once.
Haven't been running as much as I should lately, could be much faster.
