TE, I did the search for terms, "first there," "cct mission," "mission statement," "mission" and it didn't pop up. I was told a few times that they would get the mission statement to us while at Keesler, but they never did...

I know the PJ motto was posted...not sure where the CCT one went...it may have gotten lost when I had problems because my server space was all used up and had to recover what I could. If someone has it, repost it...

In addition, Combat Controllers remove obstacles and unexploded ordnance with the use of demolitions. First There...

PT, AAneeded, Wolverine: The Mission statement has changed, so don't bother memorizing that one.
The new one: The mission of a Combat Controller is to deploy by the most feasible means availabe into combat and non-permissive environments. Combat Controllers are Special Tactics Operators who establish assault zones, while simultaneously providing; Air Traffic Control, Fire Support and Command and Control communications in the joint arena. Additionally, Combat Controllers expertly employ all-terrain vehicles, amphibious vehicles, weapons and demolitions.
First There
