Sara New Member Registered: Fri Jul 28 2006 Posts: 3 Loc: OK, USA	I am a very supportive fiance of my guy who has signed up for combat control. He's currently at Lackland and will be going through the orientation. Hopefully, we'll be able to get married soon (between schools, of course). I enjoy learning as much as I can about CCTs so I can stay on page with my fiance. If there are any significant others in my same position out there, I would love to hear about your experiences! :)

All I can say to you is always encourage him and remind him why he's there... Right now, while he is mentally being broken down; you need to be his foundation. Sometimes all it takes are a few choice words from a loved one and it will go a long way... Congrats to you too and best of luck in the future!!! _________________________ L

I havent experienced much (as far as his difficulties with training) yet but I do know that just letting him know you are behind him 100% makes a big difference. I am sure that there will be days that they dont feel like they can do it, but that extra support may be the thing that gets them through.
