I'm leaving here the 24th for Lackland but I'm doing CCT and I've been running a long time preparing for it...I'm telling you a track is so much better than any cross country type of setting...if it gets boring just day dream or go faster and focus on the pain. You don't want to run cross country haha...My advice would be to start running the track, I've seen videos at Pope AFB for CCT and they run the track...Anyways anyone going down the 24th like me on here? Just checking...take it easy hope that helped.

the timed runs will be on a track, but you'll be running anywhere and everywhere I'm sure

You run every where at Indoc. Walking is reserved for the weekend.

This is true, you run everywhere even when you go to chow. I would recommend running on different types of terrain to get your legs used to a mixed variance. Dont just focus on a track, run on grass, concrete, asphalt, dirt, etc.. Best of luck!
