Anyone in the area? I'm a PT leader here, but even that's not enough. I'm need some help in the swimming department, and can use the pool at Ft Lewis and the YMCA. I love lifting weights, but that's probably my down fall. Ruck marches and hiking are definitely a go too.

Speaking of which, it's hiking season here. Anyone up for any mountain biking or hiking? A few of us are planning to head to the mountains a couple times a month this summer and fall, so if anyone in the area is up to it, e-mail me or hit this topic. Working on a kayaking trip near the san juans to see some orcas too.

A little help. I'm thinking of sending out a mass e mail to a couple units in my squadron looking for workout partners for cct/pj/sere. Is this a good idea, or am I setting my self up when the brass and top 3 read it and know I'm planning on crosstraining? We're a rather large squadron so hunting down people personally can be difficult. Any ideas?
