Marine0311 New Member Registered: Thu Dec 11 2003 Posts: 1 Loc: Washington D.C.	Does any one know how likely it is to switch from and infantry MOS in the Marine Corps to Pararescue in the Air Force. I have heard a few stories of guys doing it but told it was quite difficult, any info would be great. Thanks!

Ironman New Member Registered: Mon Jul 14 2003 Posts: 10 Loc: KAFB	It is a very difficult process, I've been in the process for over a year and half. If you have any specific questions shoot me a private email. It is not impossible but definitely have a back up plan. I took a job as a cop in the civilian sector while I've been processed which will take probably a minimum of 4, but more likely 6 months. Find a very, very motivated recruiter (oxymoron) who has pushed prior service through and knows what to expect during your processing.
