Hey guys, i know that this subject has been brought up a few times here and there, but does anyone have a Ex. to policy letter that i could use as a template?? any help would be "just simply marvelous" -Billy Crystal

OK, well I can't find mine anymore as I stated in another post. An exception to policy letter simply is a memo to your MAJCOM's retraining section that states your intention to crosstrain into Pararescue (or CCT) while not being in your normal retraining window. Normal AF BS should be able to fill up the rest of the page. I filled up most of it just by citing from AFI 36-2626. From what I can remember, a key point is that the memo must be from and signed by you and endorsed by your CC.
