After you complete the initial training for CCT im guessing you will be stationed where you are needed. I was just wondering, Since there are only a few bases with this carrer, do you have any choice?

kind of. You fill out a "dream sheet" with 8 bases you want to go to. If they're available, they'll send you to one of them. If not, they send you where they need you. I wouldn't totally rely on it though, just expect to get nothing you wanted so if you do, it'll be a pleasant surprise.

Quote from one of my previous posts:
From what i understand, just as in all other AFSC's you do still fill out a dream sheet ( list of bases you wish to go to, but only those that you are eligible to go to) In order to best get the base you want, be the best in your class. The top graduate gets first choice on where he goes, as long as there is an opening.
So if you want to go to a SO squadron then be the best in your class, pray that there will be an opening, and choose it.
The chances of openings all depends on the Equal cycles, cycle of orders and job opening. Maybe this quarter there will only be 2 slots for SrA and 3 slots for Tsgts in Kadena, for example but next quarter there will be 6 it all depends on when people tours are up and how much manning the squadron is at.
I hope that this helps
