For those of you are worried about not being able to physically train, due to orthopedic injuries. Try running in water, AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN MEDCIALLY EVALUATED!!! Ask your health professional about training in water. My athletes have recovered nicely, with pool training.

Training in water can be boring; however, the benefits cannot be ignored. Also, pool training is for rehabilitation purposes. Pool training is not designed to replace your outdoor dry land training, except in rare cases. Many execises can be done in water; however, one would need professional instruction.
