I've seen the book advertised for a very long time on this site, and, even though I have a decent regimen, I'd still like to read it.

But alas, everywhere I go online to buy it does accepts the order, then a week later comes back with an email saying it's not released yet. Yet every release date I see for it has already passed.

Anyone have this book and/or know where to get it?

Thanks
MikEL

If you mean the USAF Elite workout, I got mine from A1Techbooks. In fact they sent me two. I just used Amazon to find them, and got it for $10 for a brand new copy. Great reading.

No, the SPECOPS workout has yet to be released..

But why not try the AF Elite Workout like Atombomb said?

Thanks for the replies. I already have many books on the subject including:
the mentioned AF Elite workout
Navy SEAL Physical Fitness Guide
MANY evil russian books & videos: RKC, PTP, BPA, BS, RR tape set, and the Hand to Hand kettlebell video(possibly my favorite)

I'll get Super Joints soon although BS contains many of the same joint mobility drills.

I've got the Workouts part. I was mainly curious to see what it said about training the mind and sleep deprivation training.
