jmatth New Member Registered: Mon Mar 10 2003 Posts: 24 Loc: Columbus Ohio	If anyone is looking for a fun alternative to doing straight up sprints get some friends together and play some ultimate frisbee. it may not sound like much but 5 on 5 on a full sized soccer field for about 4 hours and you'll understand. the best part is it a $hit ton of fun so you dont even realize how much work your really putting in

I had a blast, but there was more contact than a normal ultimate game. Insted of ultimate try playing Rugby. Great Cardio and it teaches you to jump back up after you've been hit.
