ShadowDancer New Member Registered: Fri Jun 21 2002 Posts: 12 Loc: USA	Hey guys I'm almost 14 and I'm getting ready for PJOC and I was wondering if anybody could e-mail me or post a message in reply to this and could help me figure out a running program for me, thanks. BTW I ran 6.1 miles today in 1hr and 10 minutes with about 5 minutes rest in between.

Anonymous Unregistered	Try a search for 'Workouts' on the forum. If that doesn't pull something up I'll be VERY surprised. Lt. Sjoo had a good workout posted somewhere around here... For anything that you need info on, do a search for it first. Normally something will pop up.
