Get on www.dragondoor.com and locate Rob Lawrence. I would get on the Instructor page or discussion site and just ask for him and see if he is interested. I'm pretty sure thats where he lives right now. Be warned that he is a Kettlbell instructor and if you hook up with him he will bring on the pain! But if you want to be a PJ/CCT, he's the guy you want! Tell him I said hello.

OK Comrade,
If you are VERY serious about getting into the best shape of your life, you may contact either of the following men:
Comrade MattZ: matthew.zimmerman@nyu.edu
Comrade Trend: i.simplify@verizon.net

Be warned!!!! Both will work you out like you have NEVER experienced. Especially Trend! This is no place for the faint hearted! Be sure to tell them that Nate Morrison and Rob Lawrence sent you.

Good Luck!

Nate
