I'm pretty sure I met that training partner of yours. He was explaining some sort of modified training program for those people who, TEMPORARILY, must be an indentured servant behind a desk. Said something about doing water con while taking a bath (and in the East River when pollution and raw sewage permit); hopping up and down in place at his desk in leiu of running, and pushing pencils for an extra burn....<P> <P>------------------<BR>
