Its supposed to be done throughout the day in as few sets as possible i.e. 4 sets of 50 on the hour until done.

Waivers for non-traumatic cerebral aneurysm after treatment are rare (possible but probability close to zero). From what I can find a Flying Class medical waiver will not even be considered by the Air Force until 5 years after the corrective surgery

Your best be is to read the STO and the CRO Selection Packages. The answer is in the text(s). As a potential STO or CRO, you will be expected to find your own answers and think for yourself a lot on the smaller matters; better get used to it now.

Looks OK to me. Doesn't offer much progression but you can easily add on once you get more fit. I would replace kick board work with finning but that I hate kick boards. MC

I've got my package in, and have been watching the slots closely. For second term staff sergeants, it started at 11. by march it dropped to 3, and has been sitting there. My question is, is that normal? It seems like there'd be more people applying
