Ran my first 4 mile run ever today and finished just shy of 28:00. I'm happy with it but it could be better, on track to complete 6 in 45:00.

right now im capable of pulling off 50's easily. some comes with lung capacity (i held my breath for 3:47 the other day just chillen there) and technique helps. i currently swim about 65 meters on the norm and have come severely close to a 75. my adv

just completed my final PAST test on tuesday. everything improved and i passed. My swim was about the same and i swam easy to conserve for the run. but i finally a 10:05 mile and a half. cals improved to: 12 pullups, 70 pushups, and 85 situps im goo
