I am also curious about the length of time given for each calisthenic exercise. I have heard that 2:00 minutes are allowed for each (pull ups, push ups, sit ups). However, AFI 13-219V2 says that 4:00 minutes is given for the sit up portion of the S

I can attest to this because my training distance was roughly 6-8 miles every other day a few months ago and i just ran the Brooklyn Half Marathon. I did it in 1:39 although my legs were absolutely killing me over the next few days.

For what it's worth, BMT sit ups will be different than CCT/PJ/AFSOC sit ups. In BMT and the regular AF, you cross your arms in front of you, with you hands on your shoulders, and when you do the sit up, you only have to touch your elbows/forearms to

The army has no such MOS specific fitness standard either. Although, there are a few units who have unit specific fitness standards.

My opinion is you are worrying about nothing that effects you. The article discloses "The order Panetta and Dempsey signed prohibits physical standards from being lowered simply to allow women to qualify for jobs closer to the battlefront. But

I've looked around and can't seem to find an answer. I've noticed that in other jobs, waivers are not granted. However, I have yet to see that for TAC-P and ALO that you cannot be colorblind. Does anyone know if you can be colorblind and do this job?
