AMRAP 20 min 30 wall ball Run 300M Well this wouldn't have been so bad if i would have used a lighter ball, but that just defeats the purpose of Crossfit. Used #20 Med Ball. Got 4 Rounds plus 2 Wall Ball.

Like Guard MC said, if you have a good trainer then you probably don't need the cert. But if you are CrossFitting alone (without a trainer), I'd do the cert. Trust me, it will be worth your time.
