ACC JTACQC Scheduling Procedures:
Class Announcement: 60 days prior to class start date, ACC/A3JC will solicit student names through 3 ASOG, 18 ASOG, 1 ASOG, 607 ASOG and NGB/A3JB.
ACC and PACAF Submittals: NLT 45 Days prior to class start date, ACC and PACAF units will submit names and ACC JTACQC Type 5’s directly to ACC/A3JC JTAC PM.
Prioritization: All Groups, with the exception of the 607 ASOG, will prioritize their submittals. Once prioritized, each Group JTAC PM will submit direct to ACC/A3JC JTAC PM. 3 ASOG and 18 ASOG will courtesy copy their respective submissions to the 93 AGOW JTAC PM. 1 ASOG will include 607 ASOG submittals for prioritization and submit direct to ACC/A3JC JTAC PM with a courtesy copy to PACAF/A3/A6TV.
ANG Submittals: NGB/A3JB will schedule ANG personnel The baseline allocation for ANG is 5 seats per class. The complete list of scheduled ANG personnel will be sent to ACC/A3JC. NGB/A3JB will notify ACC/A3JC if unable to fill all of their 5 ANG seats. ACC/A3JC JTAC PM may transfer the unfilled ANG seats to another TRQI, if necessary. NGB/A3JB may request additional seats from ACC/A3JC NLT 40 days prior to class start date. If approved, these additional seats will be transferred to NGB TRQI: CC10.
AFSOC/SOCOM Submittals: By exception, AFSOC/A3OG will be notified by ACC/A3JC NLT 40 days prior to class start date if seats are available for AFSOC/SOCOM. This will occur when scheduled air capacity exceeds ACC, PACAF, and ANG student submittals. AFSOC will submit names via “ACC JTACQC Type 5” NLT 30 days prior to class start date. SOCOM (75th RGR REG) will work through the 6 CTS Army liaison POC for ACC JTACQC seats. SOCOM (1 SFG, 3 SFG, 5 SFG, 7 SFG, 10 SFG, 19 SFG and 20 SFG) will coordinate directly with the 1 SFG Airborne JTAC PM or SOCOM JTAC PM. Prior to submitting a request, 1 SFG Airborne JTAC PM or SOCOM JTAC PM will coordinate directly with ACC JTAC PM for available seats and prioritization.
USAFE and GD Submittals: USAFE JTACQC and GD JTACQC submittals are uncommon due to the internal JTACQC capacity and will be worked on a case-by-case basis between USAFE/A3CM, NGB/A3JB and ACC/A3JC. The ACC/A3JC JTAC PM will inform the Group PM’s when USAFE and GD slots are available during the initial solicitation of students.
All Other Submittals: All ACC JTACQC seat requests, outside of the agencies outlined above, will be submitted direct to ACC/A3JC JTAC PM for consideration.

Specific information for each class is briefed to students via Defense Connect Online (DCO) generally 10 business days prior to class start date. DCO participants will require access to a computer with internet connection, speakers and e-mail. The DCO brief is initiated by the 6 CTS in a hyperlink sent to the student via their e-mail as it appears in TACTICS online.
Personnel attending JTACQC will have variations authorized on orders to accommodate off-station training.

|US Air Force: Prospective JTACs must meet the requirements identified in AFI13-112 Volume 1. Personnel must have a completed 6 CTS AF IMT 797, indicating completion of AFI 13-112v1 training prerequisites, located on the 6 CTS AFKN site and be in compliance with AFI 36-2903 and AFI 10-248 standards. Non-USAF individuals must possess the operational or mission ready experience required by the JTAC MOA. All students must have a current valid state driver’s license.|
